Colored stone metal tiles are a new type of high-grade roofing material produced using high-tech technology, with aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates with excellent anti-corrosion performance as the base, water-based acrylic ester as the adhesive, sintered colored sand as the surface layer, and highly weather-resistant acrylic resin as the outermost layer (equivalent to paint). Due to its beautiful, light, durable and environmentally friendly appearance, it has become the mainstream product of international roofing materials in recent years.

 

It is composed of galvanized steel sheet as the base material, fingerprint-resistant coating, colored sand, acrylic resin and acrylic ester.
1. The galvanized steel sheet is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by hot-dip coating. Its processability and coating properties are basically the same as those of galvanized steel sheet. The normal service life of galvanized steel sheet is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel sheet.
2. The galvanized steel sheet is coated with fingerprint-resistant coating, which protects the galvanized steel sheet. At the same time, the fingerprint-resistant coating can make the galvanized steel sheet and the colored sand better bonded. The color of the fingerprint-resistant coating is colorless and transparent and light green.
3. Sintered colored sand is the decorative layer and base protective layer of metal tiles. It is made of basalt particles of a certain particle size through high-tech coloring process and high-temperature sintering. It has more than ten colors, is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, and can reduce the noise caused by rain to metal tiles.
4. Acrylic acid is the key material for bonding steel plate and colored sand. It also serves as a protective layer on the surface of the sand, preventing rainwater from seeping in and extending the life of the sand color.
